Reimbursement for Transportation |
In general,
you must be reimbursed for any reasonable and necessary
authorized travel-related expenses.
For ticketed transportation (plane, rail, vessel, etc.),
reimbursement is limited to the approved cost of the
ticket, unless a change is made to the authorized transportation
schedule, in which case a higher fare is reimbursable.
You may purchase upgrades, but these upgrades are not
reimbursed.

Reimbursed costs for a rental vehicle include:
