Lines of Accounting (LOAs) screens
are available to any DTA with a permission level of 6. The DTA can
create, copy, update, delete and rollover LOAs only within their
org access hierarchy.
The LOA is defined in DTS by the following data elements:

Organization using the LOA. If several
organizations use the same LOA, it must be entered in each
organization.

|
Label is the short name for the LOA.
|
|
|
Format Map sets the data element
structure for the LOA which is specific to the DADS (Defense
Accounting and Disbursing Systems.)

|
Data Elements are entered individually
based on the format map and grouped in 10 parts (20 characters
long) for control and electronic data interchange purposes. |
