When two or more travelers are traveling in a group, a Group Authorization is prepared. Listed below are some of the key differences between a regular (single traveler) and a group authorization.

One of the group members
must be a designated Primary Traveler and have group

If there are nine or fewer individuals in the
group, the primary traveler gets the travel information from the
CTO and enters the data in the authorization manually. |

If there are ten or more individuals in the group, either the primary traveler or the transportation officer gets booking information from the CTO and enters it into the authorization.
