After you submit the report request, the screen refreshes with an explanation of the remainder of the Report Scheduler process.

When you receive the e-mail notification that the report is ready for download, access the Report Scheduler. The screen displays the reports that have been requested within the past seven days, the criteria, date of the request, status and includes a link to download those that are complete.

If the Download column displays the message “No Data Found,” it means that there is no information in DTS for the report within the selected parameters. This is for the convenience of the user to know that the report is blank without having to download and open it.
