DTS is experiencing the following issues that may affect the accurate payment of overseas travel:
Issue: When "OCONUS Incidental Amount" and "Special Rate" or "Available Meals" are selected in Per Diem Entitlement Detail, a negative amount for meals and incidental expenses (M&IE) is created on the Per Diem Entitlements screen. This relates to system problem report (SPR) DTSP-4996.
Issue: The International Date Line (IDL) designation does not update when the overall starting and ending point location is changed from an OCONUS location to a CONUS location after creating an authorization. The time zone designation on the Preview Trip screen does not change, which causes the per diem entitlements screen to display an incorrect amount. This relates to SPR DTSP-5923.
