Welcome to the Defense Travel System

Welcome to DTS

The Defense Travel System (DTS) is a fully integrated, automated, end-to-end travel management system that enables DoD travelers to create authorizations (TDY travel orders), prepare reservations, receive approvals, generate travel vouchers, and receive a split reimbursement between their bank accounts and the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) vendor. DTS operates at over 9,500 total sites worldwide.

Attention: JAVA Affecting DTS Log Ins
Alert: New Phishing Scam Targets Government Travel Charge Cardholders
Over the last few days, Citi, the Government Travel Charge Card provider, has received calls regarding a phishing scam directed toward Government Travel Chard Cardholders. Cardholders have reported receiving text messages from 19014140142@VTEXT.COM informing them of suspension of the card unless certain information is verified such as full account number, CVV, last 4 of SSN, and 4 digit PIN.

This is not an official Citi message and Cardholders are advised not respond to the request for information.

Please note that this phone number has been taken over by the Federal Trade Commission and now has a pre-recorded message indicating that callers may have been involved in a phishing attack. Additional information is then provided to advise callers of what these attacks are and how to prevent themselves from potential fraud.
